Curtis “C.J.” Harris was arrested on Thursday, October 6, during a drug bust in Alabama, the Walker County Sheriff Department confirms to Us Weekly.

The season 13 American Idol finalist, 25, was arrested for allegedly selling oxycodone and marijuana to a confidential informant.

Harris, who was arrested along with 11 other people, was booked on three counts of felony distribution of a controlled substance.

He’s being held on $90,000 bail.

According to the Walker County Sheriff Office’s Facebook page, the Narcotics and SWAT divisions “conducted a drug distribution and warrant roundup,” and executed 18 warrants, 14 of which were drug-related.

Harris finished sixth during his season of American Idol in 2014, which Caleb Johnson won. Watch his audition in the video above.

During Harris’ time on the onetime ratings juggernaut, the singer was vocal about how his father’s death had affected him and his music.
