Chris Evans Admits: "I'm Losing My Hair!"

Hair today, gone tomorrow!

"I have no problem saying this, but I'm losing my hair," Chris Evans, 29, admitted to E! News at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards.

Unfortunately, that poses a slight problem for the actor, who signed up for three Captain America movies and three Avengers films. "The fear is this [role] can span 10 years so I can be doing this character until I'm 40," he explained. "I'm supposed to be like this superior human. He can't be balding. How horrible would it be if this superior man has male pattern baldness?"

Though he can't control the thickness of his mane, Evans — who once dated Jessica Biel — can keep his body looking young through daily exercise. "It's a lot more than I'd like it to be, but if I miss three or four days, I feel like s***," he said.

Just don't expect to see the buff star jogging shirtless in the streets. "Last year, I got into running," he said. "I would run on the treadmill and feel great. But I got too thin. I lose weight so quickly."
