Josh Duhamel, Pregnant Fergie Have Hospital Bag Ready for Baby's Birth

Josh Duhamel and Fergie are well-prepared parents-to-be! Enjoying perhaps one of their last date nights for a while, the superstar couple, who are expecting their first child (a baby boy!) any day now, attended the Hollywood premiere of Duhamel’s new thriller movie, Scenic Route, on Tuesday, Aug. 20.

“We do have a bag ready but just not here,” Duhamel, 40, told Us Weekly. “So he’s going to have to wait. He’s going to have to wait until next week.”

The dad-to-be lovingly held Fergie’s ever-expanding baby bump while posing for photos together on the red carpet of the premiere. Not one for traditional maternity wear, Fergie, 38, showed off her pregnancy glow in black leather pants, a black button-up sweater and a studded black leather jacket. 

Duhamel, for one, is a big fan of his wife’s sexy maternity style. He jokingly captioned a photo of them, “Just picked up my hot date for the #ScenicRoute #Premiere. I hope she puts out . . .” The Black Eyed Peas singer also posted a shot of the two, writing, “Rocker mommy . . . And some random photobomber. 😉 #scenicroute.”

On Aug. 16, the “Big Girls Don’t Cry” chanteuse celebrated at her third baby shower with close friends at Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood. So, after three showers, does the couple now have a lifetime of supply of diapers? “Well, we have enough to last us probably the first week,” Duhamel joked to Us. “It fills up the whole closet. Apparently they poop a lot,” he quipped.

But Duhamel should have no problem being on diaper duty, having changed “many” before. The actor explained, “I have little sisters.”
