Paul Wesley, Torrey DeVitto Getting Divorced After 2 Years of Marriage

Paul Wesley and Torrey DeVitto are getting divorced after two years of marriage, reps for the stars confirm to Us Weekly. The actors, who met in 2007 on the set of the film Killer Movie, got married in a private ceremony in New York City in April 2011.

Wesley, 31, and DeVitto, 29, "have decided to amicably split," their reps explain. "They will continue to remain good friends." The stars have no children together.

DeVitto — known for her TV work in Army Wives and One Tree Hill — joined The Vampire Diaries as a recurring guest star during its third season in 2011. "We get to be in the same city together, which is a rarity these days," Wesley told Glow magazine in December 2012.

Wesley, who is nominated for a Teen Choice Award, is filming The CW show's fifth season in Georgia. DeVitto currently appears in Pretty Little Liars, airing Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC Family.

It's not the only real-life split to come out of the smash supernatural series: Earlier this year, Wesley's Vampire Diaries costars Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder ended their three-year relationship.
