Scarlett Johansson, Dakota Johnson, More Celebs Step Out in Tights

To go bare leg or slap on a pair of tights — that is the question!  

While there is no flat-out cutoff point on when to put away the hosiery after the arrival of spring, this week, celebs including Scarlett Johansson, Dakota Johnson, and Pippa Middleton made a strong case for keeping nylons in rotation just a little while longer.

On Monday, April 13, in L.A., Avengers: Age of Ultron actress and new mom Johansson, 30, looked sophisticated in her sheer tights, paired with a black and white sleeveless dress and bold sandals. 

On the same day in New York City, Fifty Shades of Grey's leading lady, 25, also wore tights, opting for a more casual route with blue denim cutoff shorts, a furry oversized sweater, and black booties.

The trend is even taking off across the pond. Case in point: Kate Middleton's younger sister, 31, covered up her legs in black opaque tights with a printed miniskirt on April 9 in London.
