Tiffany Pollard Gets "Significant Breast Deformity" Fixed on Botched

New York‘s back! VH1 star Tiffany Pollard, better known by her Big Apple-inspired moniker, is returning to reality TV with an appearance on the season premiere of E!’s plastic surgery nightmare show Botched.

In a sneak peek of the episode, watch Pollard’s consultation with doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif as they figure out how to fix both a botched boob job and her deviated septum.

“She’s going to need a lot of surgery,” Dubrow says in a confessional.

The Real Housewives husband tells Pollard, 33, in her initial appointment what, exactly, he needs to do to fix her implants. “The more I have to raise you, the greater the amount of tension around the implant, and the greater the amount of tension, the greater chance the scar will widen and the greater the risk. This is not an easy case.”

Before you snicker, know that the dating show veteran’s ailment is actually “a really significant breast deformity that needs correcting,” Dubrow says.
